Introducing Sachi, the world’s first sustainable soy whey based alcoholic beverage brand by Singapore. Sachi’s sustainable wine is made from soy whey that would otherwise be disposed of by tofu manufacturers, but tastes just like honey wine. They hope to revolutionise the alcohol industry by creating new generation products fit for the modern lifestyle.
In this intimate workshop, you’ll get to learn about soy wine, taste it and create a cocktail with Sachi!
Programme:
· Introduction to tofu making and how soy whey is derived from the process.
· Overview of Sachi and its technology and how it addresses the environmental issues posed by soy whey.
· Sachi cocktail making activity with the guidance of our bartender using fresh, commonly found herbs and spices.
