Terms & Conditions:

1. $3.50 parking rebate is valid all-day, including weekends and public holidays for the period 25 Aug 2021 to 12 Sep 2021.

2. Minimum nett spending of $56 at participating restaurants and services at South Beach Avenue is required. More details available on Southbeachavenue.com/retailers. F&B establishments under JW Marriott Singapore South Beach (Madame Fan, Akira Back, Beach Road Kitchen, Tonic, Ren Lounge) are excluded from this promotion.

3. Parking coupon to be redeemed in-stores at participating restaurants and services at South Beach Avenue, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Multiple receipts from same restaurant or service outlet are allowed, within the same day.

5. Customers will need to present receipts in store for redemption.

6. Redemption is limited to one parking coupon per customer.

7. The complimentary carpark coupon is only valid for use till 11.59pm on the day of the redemption.
Any request for extension will not be entertained.

8. Prevailing parking charges will apply after deduction of parking rebate.

9. The decision of the Management is final and reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the redemption as deemed fit without prior notice, and no correspondence will be entertained.
